Delivery Services

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ‐ Applies to every order placed before 3pm (GMT/BST where applicable) and will be delivered on the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

DISPATCHING OF ORDERS ‐ Although we try to process and dispatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

• Stock and Availability ‐ Sometimes we need to acquire stock from different Decorating Centres in order to fulfil your order.
• Account Checks ‐ Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your account before we can process an order which can cause delays.

DELIVERY CHARGES ‐ Please note the cost of delivery may vary by region. Please contact your local store for more information on any related delivery charges and what orders will qualify for free delivery.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS ‐ We aim to deliver all our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.

DELIVERY AVAILABILITY ‐ Please note, we are only able to offer delivery to credit account customers. If you require credit terms, please visit one of our stores and speak to a representative in person.
